any you guys use it during training for fights. which is the best kind. ive had good results from 100% whey protein. any suggestions? thanks in advance
Whey is the best protein post workout.. It gets into your system quickly and is absorbed by the muscles. Casein protein is actually the best to be honest because it sits in your stomach for a long time.. If there is such a thing as a complex carb, then casein is the equivalent..
