    I think those demands = NO FIGHT

    1. Rios DRAINED himself to make 147 & had to use a dieuretic, he baloons up and weight badly probably weighs around 170 in the recent esnews videos

    2. Garcia/Rios basically did not like the way VADA handled the.drug testing against Pac, very unproffesional. They dont sound like they want to do.it again

    Besides coming off two losses Rios should have to EARN a 140 title shot

    Rios looked healthier at 147, I think that's basically why, if this is true, Provo's manager would want to drag him down to 140.

    Provo-Rios would be a good match though. I hope they make it happen.

    If the fight is for Provodnikov's title, then it is only fair that Rios make 140lbs..........
