So you would've wanted to be Chavez Jr against Martinez at the end because Martinez was all over the place lol, a fight is scored round by round
Had Bradley by a point but which knockdown is the one people are saying should've been called I cant remember seeing one that looked legit :think
I can see a punch landed then Bradley ducked and then Provodnikov leaned on his back, not a clear knockdown though
I think he'll get on his bike like he did against Marquez. He won't fight like he did against Ruslan. He took terrible punishment in that one and I don't think we'll see him fight like that again if he knows what's good for him. I could be wrong though.
That was such a great and competitive fight, but don't state that Ruslan was somehow robbed against Bradley. He lost fair and square. Now if the fight were a 15 rounder, I think Ruslan might've been able to finish him off. But that was probably the only time I saw Bradley fight in that manner. He obviously had something to prove to the fans, and himself after he got the nod over Pacman in a clear robbery. The Ruslan fight was so entertaining primarily because Timmy decided to fight like an idiot and trade in the pocket with him for long periods of time.
Roach needs to help Ruslan develop at least a decent Jab and commit to some body punching . In the bradley fight , he was too predictable . Always head hunting and never throwing any body punches at all . Therefore TB was able to anticipate his every move . Fortunately for Ruslan , i see slight potential in him . He already has a never give up mentality, good pressure and dangerous punching power in both hands . If he continues to improve , we might have a monster in our hands .
Bradley won. Sure he got drop good. But he showed tremendous heart, coming off the deck and going right at Provo. For most of the fight, he dominated, punches in bunches, accuracy, using Provos face as a speed bag. Overwhelmed in punches thrown and landed. He was way ahead going into the last round.
Provodnikov could have won that fight to be honest. That first knockdown should have counted. But Bradley won no matter what we say. Provodnikov just needs to learn some defense. He just gets hit to much. I'm not sure you can call when he went to the ropes a knockdown because I'm not sure he would have went down with out the ropes. But the first one should have been scored a knockdown. Provodnikov just is to easy to hit. Had Bradley had punching power Provodnikov would have been stopped on cuts.
You know IB, I just rewatched the first, and I have to say that I change my initial stance... to me its 10-9, not 10-8. Now I feel I need to rescore the entire fight
