    Makes in the 9th biggest fight telecast of the year.

    Hbo doing very well this year so far

    Decent numbers and actually pretty good considering Provodnokov and Alvarado aren't what you might call big named fighters. I'm sure the replay of Bradley-JMM helped though.

    Considering how completely unknown both guys were to even mid-grade boxing fans (not just casuals) only a year or two ago, I'd say HBO has been selling their product well in that case. :think

    The edition of Max Kellerman's Face/Off for Alvarado vs. Provodnikov was pretty cool and I could see how it drew interest from people who might otherwise not seek out boxing.

    The "Epic Fall Season" has been sold extremely well. I always wanted to get that action packed MMA style promotion and HBO has delivered.

    I would recommend to them to watch Mr.T in Rocky 3 again :lol:

    During that face off Kellerman said "We don't often hear answers like that".

    I guess some fans just want to see someone beating on their chest and foaming at the mouth :huh

    Nope. Just reporting the ratings. I do the same thing with showtime as well when they get released.

    If it appears there is an ulterior motive then you are reading into it.

    ughhh No he is not. He is not popular or widely known. Andre Ward could walk the streets of New York wearing his gold Medal and no one would know who he is.
