    Ah, A beats B beats C logic.

Ricardo Mayorga beat Vernon Forrest beat Shane Mosely beat De La Hoya.

Mayorga > De La Hoya right?

Ok dude if you think Maidana would beat Ruslan that's up to you but for me Maidana is tailor made for Ruslan Victor Ortiz was having his way against Maidana the only thing that let him down was his heart Ruslan has the heart with more power and a great chin ill leave it at that.

Where did I say Khan schooled Maidana? I didn't even say Khan would win, I simply said Khan COULD out point Maidana. It's a possibility, if he could out point Maidana then he could also do so with a similar fighter in Provo.

Khan/Maidana was competitive but it wasn't close, Khan clearly out pointed Maidana. Provo is crude like Maidana and that wasn't enough to beat even china chinned Khan. So just because Provo hit's hard it doesn't mean he'll automatically KO Khan.

I'm not a Khan fan in fact I'm a big critic of his but in terms of style Provo isn't the worst style match up for him just because he hits hard.

Um, Ortiz WITH a heart is actually a world class fighter.

    But yes,sure lets leave it.

If Maidana/Provo ever fight, I know where my monys going

Khan-Maidana was very close. A lot of the rounds Khan won when he was supposedly schooling Maidana, Khan wasn't even landing much. He would throw a flurry and the crowd and Lampley would get all excited, but they were mostly missing. He was winning the rounds by close margins.

Khan won, but it was very close.

    He hasnt fought many either.

Ortiz held a title and was considered a top 5 WW at one point and he finished him.

Lopez and Karrass were ranked (not top 10 perhaps, but still decent) and he took them out.

I certainly wouldnt consider him a "terrible" finisher

That actually would be a very interesting fight because Provo will exchange no matter what. Maidana is a hard hitter and although Maidana looks like he is going into cardiac arrest at times during fights he is a proven warrior. I love Prove but I don't think the outcome of this fight is automatic by any means.

I actually hope they don't fight because I like both of them but I do think Provo would KO Maidana. Very close call, though.

Provo wrecks his world. His style is all wrong for Khan.

Prov has faster hands and is more explosiv, like most Roach fighters, but not fundamentally sound, like most Roach fighters. Fortunately for Khan, he's not fighting the current version of Chino Maidana. There's a reason Khan didn't want to rematch Maidana.
