provodnikov looked like he couldnt pull the trigger last night , but molinas a good fighter , bar the broner fight , he had a war with mattyhse and kod bey , and had enoough power to keep ruslan off him .provodnikov had a few great wars with herrera who schooled garcia , he was pacquaios sparring partner for years , to me all the names mentioned destroy burns , hes not even in the same conversation. Though i will say burns loss vs crawford looks better and better with time , but the puerto rican ''machine'' who schooled him and quit , got kod in 7 by magdaleno , who was destroyed by flanagan , burns is not top 3 in britain at 135 , frank ****** should be knighted for the job he did with burns

 

I think all of the wars have caught up with Ruslan sooner than expected. We already knew anyone who can jab and move will be able to beat him but he is still dangerous for anyone. Guys like Lucas and Molina Jr who aren't known to be movers both changed their game plans for him

As for Burns, I do think he'd get clocked and put down by Provo as he has lost the speed he once had...but neither outcome would be much of a surprise.

 

If Burns could handle Prods power he wins.....Id be tempted to look out for it as well decent money spinner for him

 

For me it depends which version of Ricky showed up, If he fights like he did last year I think Ruslan would catch him eventually and drop him and win on points, If however Ricky fights like he did against Di Rocco jabbing and moving he beats Ruslan I remember listening after the Algieri fight when he was calling him a runner etc for moving and not standing in a tear up.
