I don't think I've seen this one before so apologies if it's already been done to death.

Great fight, it has been done before but so has every other fight between the elites of similar weight... the only thing you should be apologizing for is for not making the poll public, if you had ticked the box that says `make votes public` then we would know who voted for who.

Ps. Chavez accuracy & defence inside would see things his way on the cards, Pryor is a bit too wild & Chavez can take anything he can throw when he does land clean IMO.

These 2 are the greatest 140 lb champions ever, JCC was numero uno tho.

I agree these are the 2 best jws ever. THis would be a great fight and pretty even for much of the fight but Chavez is one of the most accurate pinpoint punchers in history, and we all know pryor tended to get wild. Arguello had a bigger one punch than Chavez but Chavez could punch himself hed land on Pryor alot and by the late downs hed be broike down. Although Pryor would do well himself with his swarming shots and excellent speed. He was fast but not as fast as Taylor although way stronger. Regardless Chavez would take punishment But Pryor would take more and Chavez would take what pryor dished out Chavez stops Pryor in 13 while only slightly ahead on the scorecards.

i think if there is anybody who can give prime JCC trouble at 140 is The HAWK ... my fav fighter of the JWW beside JC Superstar ...

The 2 Greatest champ of the division fighting each other, this would be a epic war since Beginin to an end ...

I think Chavez Stamina, Inside Game and more versatilty gives him the edge
JCC Late stoppage or close UD

Pryor, while not as outright fast as Taylor, is also a fantastic combination puncher with the added benefit of a good chin and a plan B.

if Chavez does get too hot to handle on the inside (and at times he will even for The Hawk) Pryor can stick and move and frustrate Chavez that way, before moving back in once he's recupurated with the more eye catching flurries. Wouldn't be surprised if a counter straight right or left hook puts The Hawk on his back early, though over 15 rounds I'd expect him to win 10-5, 115-113 over 12.

I also think, at 140, this would be a war to remember. I can't argue with the picks here. I just think that Aaron's unrelenting attack just might wear Chavez down late. By no means one-sided though. Pryor UD.

pryor gets a very close decision, and he would have to box on the outside at times

I can't see Pryor losing this, he has a speed advantage and he would land fast combinations much like Taylor, although ofcourse he isnt as fast as Taylor but still fast enough here. I see Chavez scoring counters to the head and body but Pryor takes the initiave and imposes his relentless assault on Chavez to win out a decision. No way either man gets stopped here

If it was the Pyror of teh Arguello 1 fite then i think it would be a gud fite and if Pyror didnt KO him in 7-8 then JCC would win well on points.....but what are we talking here a 12 or 15 rounder as in my mind that can change quite a lot

You jokers do know that Aaron Pryor is a proven cheater?

Ask Luis Resto or Emmanuel Steward who have both confirmed that Aaron Pryor was a cheat under the guidance of Panama Lewis.

Pryor imo is'nt fit to be ranked in the top 10 at Jr. Welter after the info thats been recieved over the last few months of Panama Lewis and his cheating shenanigans!

Without Panama Lewis in his corner, and his concoction to open up his breathing arteries......Chavez completely and thoroughly dismantles Aaron Pryor in less than 8 one sided rounds!!!:fire

Pryor would make this a great fight but Chavez is a different class. My only fear for Julio would eb that by the time he got to 140 he wasn't what he was at 135.
