Just to avoid confusion I've had with multiple people today I feel like this must be known. MY one friend texted me like "woah hes fighting molina? I'm surprised they are making that happen. Molina had a draw with Lara, and how can he make weight for this?!"

WE ARE NOT TALKING ABOUT THAT MOLINA! The Molina we are going to see against Broner was virtually unknown until he stepped up and fought Khan who won every round. This fight shouldn't be on a card. This is the type of fight that should be an UNDERCARD to a free card!

I honestly think they like using this Molina as an opponent so people get excited and hype the fight up more... Cause they think its the other one...

I remember around this time time 30-years ago, 1984, when the Lightweight division had two ranked fighters named Charlie Brown.

Charlie "Choo Choo" Brown: IBF's innaugural Lightweight Champion(January, 1984-April, 1984.)

Charlie "White Lightning"Brown: Top rated contender & one-time title challenger.(1984.)

Charlie "Choo Choo" Brown upon winning a tough competitve 15-round split decision over long time contender and slight favorite Melvin Paul to become the IBF's first time ever World Lightweight Champion would lose the title three months later in his very first defense by a 14th-round tko loss against unbeaten challenger Harry Arroyo.

Harry Arroyo's first defense of the belt came five months later against the other Charlie Brown, "White Lightning" Brown, who was coming off an unimpressive 10-round decision victory against at the time unbeaten foe Louis Burke. Arroyo would defeat "White Lightning" Brown by an 8th round tko victory to retain the belt. Harry "O" would lose both the belt and his unbeaten record two fights and seven months later against challenger & National belt holder Jimmy Paul, by 15-round unanimous decision.

Yes, I suspect that the name Molina is to confuse fans who do not know any better. Broner is fighting the Molina who can't fight, a mismatch. I will not buy the Void/Maidana fight, no way.............

It's also why light heavyweight 'Tomas Adamek' gets to be on TV.
