I think Holt would run Malignaggi out of the ring. He's extremely quick and has excellent pop on his punches. Malignaggi wouldn't be able be able to outslick him in the manner that he does to many opponents. Holt could match his speed and hurt Paulie with clean shots. Holt by late KO.
I like Holt by decision in this as well. He's actually a very talented fighter. I think he would outbox Malignaggi from the outside. Holt's most glaring weakness: his chin. And Malignaggi lacks the power to take advantage of it. Holt UD
Holt has KO power with both hands and is quick and slick. However, he has proven a couple of times that he is very susceptable to that sweet chin music. I think paulie's jab gets it done and puts holt down but not for the night. Paulie UD.
