Nah, every poster is a "fanboy" its just a matter of who they are a fan of.

Hater is too strong a word for most posters. Many times someone that simply doesnt agree with fanboys is tabbed a hater.

As much as I never agree with Boo, it still takes a big man to admitt that he now thinks he was at one point wrong. Its really the bases for 90% of the bull**** threads and outragous excuses.

I would now like to respond by issuing a public statement.

'I retract everything I said, realising the error in my judgement. itrymariti and booradley's contribution to this quite superb thread has been of a far better quality than my own pathetic 'joke'. There is a time for humour and this is not it, and my poor attempt at it was both out of order, and not wanted. I accept now that I am a ****, and apologise publicly and unreservedly to booradley, itrymariti and all their fans'

    Haye, April Ist, 2010.

    Press conference to follow.

Strangely no. I used to have the 'Armenian Herald' delivered every day, though I cancelled it when it became too right wing.

I underrated Dirrell as well, but the young man is now hyped a little bit too much. All in all, almost nobody expected him to be as dominant as he was, but it was quite logical to me that he's able to win a wide UD. What I didn't expect was Dirrell's ability to avoid every hard punch AA let go, except for the punch in the 1oth and the one which lead to the DQ. AA's usual game plan was all wrong, but I'd bet that in a rematch Dirrell wouldn't last 11th rounds.

well, it did appear that dirrell did take a straight right on the chin in the 10th...which is more support for his chin being a bit better than i thought. debate whether their feet got tangled up but dirrell got hit square on the chin nonetheless.

good post, boo. dirrell grew up a lot from the froch fight. if he fought as scared against aa as he did in the first 10 1/2 rounds against froch it would have been ugly for him.

i think that most people were wrong about dirrell

i had never heard of the man to begin with, and after he lost to froch, i though he was going to get steamrolled by everyone, cuz i don't really rate froch that high tbh

but he learnt from his mistakes and has come back to whip one of the tournement favourites

right now i think he is an excellent fighter to have in the competition and his win over AA has made it a lot more exciting than it already was
