Been speaking to a few non boxing fans and this is a few of the commentd they made. They were saying "he did crap" or "was smashed to bits" They all think the IBO is a real world title. They really want to see Manny vs Mayweather. They thought Hatton would loose. They like him but think "hes a bit annoying" They think Hatton should retire as hes made enough cash. They did not realise Hatton and Khan were in the same division. They all thought hatton would still beat Khan.

The general public had no idea who Manny was before he fought Hatton. Same for PBF. Any public perception on such matters usually matches that of the "Sun" newspaper.
