Cintron was beating Williams' ass before the incident. As much as I could oversell Maravilla that he beat the best Punisher ever, PDub looked bad vs. Kermit.

However hurtful it might be for Puerto Rican fans, Cinton might be the guy to expect the most from today. I'd pick him over Cotto at this point and I think he could even give Floyd a nice close fight.

    Underrated understandably, but underrated nontheless.

I get what your saying. Like you said, there is good people all places. I've seen some ricans around here be disrespectful as ****, but i wont stick down to their level, ill just call them out on their ****. There are also some cool rican posters here who show respect, and much respect to them. So its all good.

Cintron maybe won the first 2 rounds, but Williams was fighting him on at least even terms after and starting to do better, until Kermit the Frog jumped out the ring... Id like to see tht rematch, if Williams can bouce back from the Ko loss to Marintes, then he would show everyone what was he was about to do the first time, and beat up Cintron... Cintron dont now know how to adjust when the going gets tough,, And we all now Williams throws a gazillion punches a round. and keeps going . Everyone use to say he was overrated but i thik hes underrated now. I think he could probably take Cotto at 154. Back to Cintron,he is a good puncher and can hang with elite guys early on, but afrer that he falls apart, his chin is so so and i dont think hes got much heart.. I want to see Angulo get a rematch he was clearly sick and not himself the first time,, He would ko Cintron this time.

Just a bad streak but we'll come back. No need to disrespect all PR's just because you've had bad experiences with PR's that live in the states.

i saw juanma trying to turn into a mexican himself, so did Vazquez Jr last saturday.
PR are more technicians, the classic PR were pure boxers no brawlers...they went to brawls against mexicans and paid the price. The kind of wilfredo gomez and camacho would dance around carrying enough power to KO anyone.Even Tito Trinidad-a master of power, will have a jab and decent footwork to stay away.
that's why cubans came along...to keep things in order in the caribbean now that PR is in trouble.:)

Well I don't know how Mexicans are trained but they are getting the best of us. Maybe it's the altitude. As for the moment there are a lot of good prospects in PR, guess it will take time.

I don't know about the guy named Thomas Dulorme, first of all that name is not the name of a rican, his parents are Dominican and he was born in one of the Islands, maybe it was St. Martin.

You mean like future cuban star Erislandy Lara did against Carlos Molina:lol: He got a gift he better get it together if he want to join Casamnyor and Gamboa as two of the only modern day Cubanos to be considered world class or elite... Or else hes gonna end up like the other hyped up Cubanos who flopped.

even ur mighty overhype Chavez Jr struggled against molina, maybe molina isnt the bum people believed he was( molina vs lara was a close fight- molina vs chavez jr was a robbery-not even score cards!)
cubans r just starting now..so far not doing bad, even at the HW a couple of big names with the addition of mike perez:happy
