    Avenel, brotha, I got family that have been shot a through their car windows from being witnesses of other murders in the middle of a normal street/intersection. That ain't peaceful. Its peaceful and safe if you are a jibaro en la montana, but near the city areas its tense. There are countless stories time and time again of horrid murders. I know it happens everywhere but PRs crime rate is hardcore, you can't deny that.
