To be fair, the strong 90's had 40+ guys in their top10 too, combined with a couple of guys in their late 30's. It's not uncommon.
It’s worth watching the pulev vs klitschko fight again, the short left hook he keeps catching pulev with is a thing of beauty
Sad part is if he decides to fight someone good(rare) he's probably still good enough to beat guys in the top 10. Not sure what Pulevs end game is. He could have cashed out with another good payday a long time ago. a guess milking these smaller paydays 2-3 times a year in lethargic showings is enough though?
His Mandatory is his Cash Out! Fighting Cab Drivers and Recently Released Prison Inmates are Stay Busy Fights... If Pulev becomes inactive while waiting he could lose his Mandatory Status... If he fights someone decent while waiting he could lose the fight and that would ruin his Retirement Fund!
I know. I could be mistaken though but I believe he had the chance to cash in on that already.... Or had a very good voluntary purse thrown his way.
I understand the hate Pulev is getting for his choice of opponents, but Chisora is getting a lot of respect for his ability on here right now, and Pulev beat him decisively not so long ago.
Is it? Fury since Klitschko Seferi (After nearly 3 years out of the ring) 23-1-0 Pianeta 35-4-1 Wilder 40-0-0 Swartz 24-0-0 Wallin 20-0-0 Pulev since Klitschko Arias 56-13-0 Harris 26-20-3 Chisora 25-5-0 Peter 36-5-0 Johnson 30-7-1 H.Fury 21-1-0 Dinu 18-1-0 Brooker 26-2-0 As for Before Klitschko Fury had beaten Chisora twice and Steve Cunningham. Before Klitschko Pulev had beaten Tony Thompson and Dimitrenko. And lets not forget, Pulev got battered by Wlad and Fury outpointed him. Im not sure how you can argue Pulev has a better resume than Fury
