Mark my words. He's feeling a bit sorry for himself at the moment(who wouldn't) but he'll be back in the gym training his ass off before we know it, i'd like to see against the loser of Fury/Chisora next.

Hope so. He is still the 3 best heavy in the world after Wlad and Povetkin.

Losses like these can break a fighter. Wouldn't be the first fighter mentally broken for life by Wlad. I hope Pulev can bounce back but I'd suggest to him to take some time off, make some changes like firing his trainer who devises their ridiculous strategy.

I don't think he will challenge for a major title again.

    He took a beating.

He went there to fight and for that was punished.

I see it like this: he was mentally ready, but not technically. I accuse his trainer Otto Ramin for that cause he completely wasted his talent turning him into an anonymous basic boxer doing one-two combinations...

I hope he'll realize that and opt of a trainer from the USA asap.

Pulev/Povetkin would be the HW match of the decade

Agreed, but I just feel that Pulev is a very mentally tough guy who will be able to pick the pieces up, and carry on with his career. I really hope I'm right, I really like Pulev and I think he can remain relevant in the division for years as long as he's dedicated and in the right state of mind, lets hope this loss doesn't change that. :good

I'd still like to see Pulev fight Povetkin or Marco Huck, if Huck goes to HW

He give it his best shot?

    Shaky chin?
    Glass jaw?

    His recovery powers were amazing.

    He's still a Top 5 HW

    Wlad
    Fury
    Povetkin
    Pulev

    Top 4 for me.

Came to fight but completely out of his depths. Best to go challenge Chagaev for the WBA paper mache belt. He can certainly stay in the top 5 for a bit if this loss doesn't wreck him though. Povetkin is clearly a step above him; better chin, more punch variety.

I respect him a hell of a lot more than Haye, he gave it a go and went out on his shield. I wanted to see this fight and when Pulev landed that stiff jab in the first I thought it could be interesting.

Pulev certainly will be back. I think he will be one of the big names in the post Klitschko era.

He did what he should do against Wlad, but the problem was that he didn't have the chin and punch for it to pull it off.

It looked like someone took a fking BASEBALL bat to Pulevs face where wlad's left hooks landed. he took some heavy shots...

there would be no interest in rematch with wlad, he got destroyed
