Trevor Bryant seems more likely now. That would be a TERRIBLE final eliminator. IBF rules are insane to have such an imbalanced system that you have to scrape the bottom of the barrel like Bryant to get an opponent for a final eliminator.

What, Hughie 'I wont even travel to New Zealand for a title shot let alone Bulgaria for an eliminator' Fury? No way this one happens either. Kabayel, Wallin, Teper or Dinu maybe. Any real top contender, no. Pulev needs to open his eyes and stage this in New York with Miller.

Yeah, it's one of those fight you know you'll watch and sleep in the fetal postion afterwards.

On the plus side they would probably get sponsorship by Nytol or Prozac.

Hughie "never ready" Fury will not be facing Pulev, in fact he wont be facing anyone in the top 20 anytime soon.

His team doesnt believe in him at the highest level which is why he came back in against soft touch Sam Sexton instead. I expect him to face Eurobums whilst ducking the likes of Joe Joyce, Martin Bakole, Nathan Gorman and Daniel Dubois. He drops the British belt to avoid having to face the best of British.

He proved against Joseph Parker that he reverts to being a sparring partner in there against a world class operator. Not ready. He isnt even good enough to beat Joe Joyce or Daniel Dubois.

Yeah IBF are going to have to scrape the bottom of their rankings to get someone that will willingly fight Pulev in Bulgaria for a few hundred K if that. Imagine if one of those guys wins, Pulev looked close to shot to me vs Johnson and Pulev will be inactive for about 18 months by the time they do find an opponent so he could also be rusty.

Stylistically Hughie is an absoloutley awful opponent fir pulev.

If people actually understood boxing instead of being emotional fanboys and haters they would see this.

I don't think this is about attracting a top contender, it's all about getting the mandatory against Joshua which is boxing's equivalent of a golden ticket.

Epic outbids on this fight for two reasons. They control as much of fight as possible to maximize Pulev opportunity to win because They're working with him and will get proportion of his purse back as well as earnings on the mandatory.

Wonder how long his contract with sauerland has to run? They can't be impressed with this situation?
