Pull-Ups, Chin-ups, Push-ups, Sit-ups

    I don't know.

    He had larger biceps than Sonny Liston or George Foreman (in Foremans first career).

    you should be able to do 100 pushups (properly) before going Pro. This is if you wanna be champ.
    30-40 pull ups is great. 50+ is champion.
    30 one arm push ups etc. 50+ is champion (no alternating)

    its mental, having the attitude of a champion. I'm trying to inspire him to train hard.
    Also its good for muscular endurance.

    sure if you wanna be average just settle for mediocre amounts at everything you do.
