you should be able to do 100 pushups (properly) before going Pro. This is if you wanna be champ. 30-40 pull ups is great. 50+ is champion. 30 one arm push ups etc. 50+ is champion (no alternating)
its mental, having the attitude of a champion. I'm trying to inspire him to train hard. Also its good for muscular endurance. sure if you wanna be average just settle for mediocre amounts at everything you do.
