Pull ups/press ups/dips several days in a row

    Mine always hurt the most the second day after. Like if I do chest on Monday, Tuesday it might be slightly sore then Wednesday it is sore as **** then Thursday it is almost back to normal. I have no idea why it skips a day like that.

    Stretching is also good for returning muscles back to original shape hence maintenance(post workout stretching)

    How can you stretch in morning without warming up? stretching cold muscles is going to cause injury.. granted streching is good for flexibility but thats not all its for....

    I also understand your point being that it doesnt necesseray prevent muscle soreness thats why i said give it a try, since ive been doing it i found it helps me..
