    I am 5 ft 8inch and 153-160 lbs.

    I do weighted pullups with a 35-45lb plate strapped around my waist.

    Deadlifts and olympic cleans help as well.

    I am putting these pics up as a testament to the training routine that i follow.

    Good question. I try to mix up my reps and sets but always use the "Greasing the groove" method of high reps without burning out.

    Ex. one armed pushups would be done as 1 rep,rest 2rep, rest, 3 rep. Repeat at 1rep until you feel sightly tired and your recovery time increases.

    That was just an example of what my strength training may look like on a given day.

    Could you be more specific as to the routine? (cardio,strength,plyo)
