Hi. I am currnetly taking two weeks off my training before i up the intensity again. I am posting pics so i can put a face and body to the routines i preach and practice here. Constructive criticism and feedback is appreciated. Thank you.http://img144.imageshack.us/my.php?image=picture010nc4iv9.jpg http://img89.imageshack.us/my.php?image=picture012cd2oe4.jpg This content is protected This content is protected
I am 5 ft 8inch and 153-160 lbs. I do weighted pullups with a 35-45lb plate strapped around my waist. Deadlifts and olympic cleans help as well. I am putting these pics up as a testament to the training routine that i follow.
:think Well, i do give advice here on a consistent basis and i felt that in order for people to take my posts more seriously, they can see for themselves what can be achieved through the advice i post.:good
Good question. I try to mix up my reps and sets but always use the "Greasing the groove" method of high reps without burning out. Ex. one armed pushups would be done as 1 rep, rest 2rep, rest, 3 rep. Repeat at 1rep until you feel sightly tired and your recovery time increases. That was just an example of what my strength training may look like on a given day. Could you be more specific as to the routine? (cardio, strength, plyo)
