You mentioned Pavel Tsatouline. Is that the Russian Kettlebell certification guy? Which site did you do your research from and what kettlebell weight do you use for your swings?
Pavel formerly trained Spetsnaz in Russia and currently trains the New Mexico SWAT team in PT. I bought his book "Beyond Bodybuilding" and it is outstanding. I will be sharing many, many insights I have gained from various sources on my in work strength training thread. I use a 45lb KB for one armed KB swings while wearing a weighted 20lb vest. What you see pictured is a green 35lb'r and I am working on getiing in the 60+ lb range with a 40lb weight vest at a bodyweight of my current 153lbs.
Dam dude you look like a gay pinup! Naw its all love. Your back looks good. Small waist, good taper, and i can see definition through your lats up to your rear delts/traps. You look like a hard gainer. Keep up the good work. Il have to post some pics soon to let you guys know whos the real BOSS round hurrrrrrr!!!
I am inclined to agree. So, my 154lb ass is posting this before Scurla comes on here to whoop my ass:thumbsup This content is protected
You don't know how to lat-spread. You're just clenching downwards with the lats, which is fine for a thickness short or a side thickness show but when talking width you need to spread them wings. I'm 153lbs or so, not as muscular as you but I bet I could kick your ass, and you seem to have no bum or legs, that's where I'm heaviest because I'm MIGHTY!
:rofl:roflThis thread is fun. Mr. Small is another great contributer to the training forum. This is going to rock. i am reading RDJ's future contribution to the forum and it is a very solid foundation indeed!!thumbsup
Nah, but I figured that short of youtubing my training and eventually comp videos, this is the practice what you preach type thing and a thank you to not only Pavel and others I have learned from, but for the awesome posters here. See guys, I read AND put your advice to use. I also hope it inspires people much like my heroes inspire me.:thumbsup
