Your silly little highlight video means nothing. It was a close fight heading into rd 10 and if you didn't see it that way, you are probably incapable of being objective.

 

Good post. I only disagree with the last sentence. If Linares had won 2 of last 3 rds, Loma was in plenty danger of losing.

I think what people are saying is that every round should be shown as proof of what the statement was.

 

Loma-Linares was a close, competitive fight. GGG-Canelo was also a close, competitive fight.

The fight wasn't close bc you are adding up rounds.

You don't score rounds on them being competitive.


Anyone scoring this fight correctly can't give Linares more than 2 rounds, and 3 is pushing it.

That's 10 rounds won for Loma which doesn't make this a close fight bc you have to use the scoring system out in place.


Loma displayed a boxing clinic of cleaner punches landing, fluid combinations making Linares look out of place and Linares himself bloodied and confused after almost every bell walking back to his corner....


If you guys didn't see any of this you weren't actually watching the fight!

 

How do you give 10 rds to Loma when they didn't complete 10 rds and Linares AT LEAST won the 6th.

Objective observers can easily find 4 rds for Linares.
The Scene gave Linares 4 rounds (85-85 entering the 10th due to kd in 6th) and so did many others.

 

He was winning in the 10th round ..the round counts anyway bc that's the rnd the fight was stopped.

Do you think Linares won rnd 10?

It then falls under incompetence of not knowing how to score a fight correctly which is O. K bc boxing fans are literally the worst observers of any combat sport that's for sure.

That garbage channel thought Pacquiao and Mayweather was CLOSE, which it obviously wasn't. Mayweather EASILY won 10 rounds.
