Yeah. But there's a difference between holding your arms up and moving them a bit when using the speedball to actually punching.

It's already been said - the best way to build up punch endurance is to punch.... a lot.

Well after you hit the bag for a few rounds of all jab, then go to the speed bag. It helped for me, I'm just trying to pass on the knowledge

Not as big of a difference as you might think, both are great for conditioning your shoulders. When you throw jabs, the first thing to tire out is your shoulder...

work on good technique, if your jab weakens that much im guessing technique could improve a bit, like everyone else said just jab, a double and tripple jab is much more intense than just single jabs on the bag.

heavy bag or punching with weights (2-3kg), this works just keep punching intensely with some weights in your hand, do 2-3 minute rounds, start at 1 minute rounds though.

key points when punching with weights is intensity,

work your straight punches, and intensly

you can do 120 punches+ a minute, jab/cross, you will the burn in your shoulders and arms.

throw more jabs and right hands, but at a fast pace , also have set times like 10 secs and see how many you can do in that time BUT remember to keep form and quality not quantity at this stage, keeping technique is very important, its not a race against anyone. And then try to beat that number then go on to 20 seconds hope this helps this has worked for me so give it a try

also yes you could do shadow boxing in front of the mirror(so you can monitor yourself to maintain proper technique) using only very small dumbells maybe 0.5kg or 1kg start with 0.5kg then use 1kg. hope it goes well

Holding dumbbells while punching messes up your punching mechanics and that's about it.

I'd trust him and his training over the fact you don't understand.

Calling me a ****** for posting what somebody else said... lol
