    The neck and the chin wasn't designed to take a hit. You can train it, yes and it does help but it isn't on a level of like the core which can take a beating if you train it properly.

    It plays a significant role, though I think a strong core and legs play a much bigger role.

    A strong core means good balance, right?

    So, neck, legs, and core exercises are important?

    You can't train a chin to a large degree. If you have a granite chin is just a given that it will hold up under intense fire.
