I'm not doing partial fights, but whole fights. And I'm not comparing those fighters to Pac Man, but the numbers...keep up.

The Oscar decision was bull****...period...he wasn't even hitting Floyd...so that reasoning is flawed. Punch stats CAN lie, but here, they DON'T.

The numbers don't mean anything. What do they prove? That Oscar Hatton and Marquez had trouble hitting Floyd - 3 fighters who don't hold any similarities to Pacquaio.

Again, go dig up the punch stats from Corley and Judah which are a lot more relevant since those are southpaws.

Oscar found Floyd plenty.....not as much as he threw but when is that ever the case? The fight with DLH forced Floyd to switch things up...Floyd won, but it was very close.

That **** wasn't close at all...Oscar used ineffective aggression...threw 100 more and hit 100 less...a blind man could see this **** was only close on bull**** cards.

Compubox is a bunch of ****.

That being said, it's obvious that Mayweather is difficult to hit cleanly. The defensive moves, the intelligence to know what shots are coming, the reflexes to avoid them, the ability to control the pace.

I think Pacquiao has touched up on some of the rough edges and is more well-rounded. He's got a better variety of shots and isn't as wild as he used to be. But it's not as if he's suddenly a totally different fighter, and I think Mayweather will exploit some of the weaknesses that Pacquiao has shown in the past.

Nope, It was reported then that Pac rehydrated to 147 lbs after weighing only 129 at the official weigh-in. Pac was obviously sluggish in that fight, probably the effect of gaining too much weight (18 lbs) in a matter of 24 hrs.

The HBO unofficial scale had it at 145.

What reports had it at 147?

Either way, it's unofficial, maybe he was weighed twice unofficially on the day of the fight and once was after a meal or with a sweater on.

Regardless, putting on 16 or 18 lbs. in less than 32 hours is a lot.

The fight I thought Pacquiao looked bad during the weigh-in at 130 was the fight before, in the Barrera rematch. He looked pretty drained.
