    there is a machine i see on a programe called gamesmaster. gary mason and barry mcguigan was on it. mason hit it much harder.

    Look man, Rocky IV clearly demonstrated that chopping wood and running through the snow were are vastly superior training methods than building-up punching power. End of story.

    That's nothing.

    I saw on Dragon Ball Z one time where Vegeta hit one of those machines and it went through a wall and a huge crowd of people. That's major ownage right there.

    Mason was heavyweight ko artist, i new him as a kid as he lived down the road from me in Chatham kent. Thorughbly nice and approachable guy just a shame he run into Mr Lewis :-(
