    Cintron has good technique and power, guys. Margarito just keeps on knocking him out though.

    Kermit Cintron has the most one-punch power. His highlights on youtube are evidence of this, as he was brutally knocking everyone out until he ran into the immovable object that is Antonio Margarito.

    It's a toss up between Mosley and Cintron. I think Mosley is more succesful with it though

    Probably some no-name with no boxing skills.

    Cintron is probably one of the hardest punching elite WWs. AM hits hard but he wears people down rather than knocking them out. Cotto hits very hard, but is definitely not at Cintron's one punch KO level.

    w.w. division better feel lucky maussa doesnt move up to 147. hed clean out the division with his devastating 1punch power. afterall, he did ko the perennial vivian harris.

    Margarito's not even in the top 3.

    In no particular order I'd favor Cintron, Berto, and Cotto over him. Also PTP if you want to count him as a welter.
