    Haha I appreciate it, Mark, but don't get worked up about it. That's funny he's questioning that video -- it's actually pretty basic boxing.

    No, it isn't. In 45 years in gyms I have never seen that. The only thing that I have seen that was remotely like that was being taught by another MMA guy that thought he had a better idea.

    He's looked much better and made more sense in some of his other videos, when he broke down the basics. I'm not sure where he came up with these moves though.

    The guy's is a 'highly rated Youtuber' because he exploited a vulnerable market on YouTube years before it became oversaturated, and mainly marketed towards bullied young boys.

    I figured his stuff was bull**** at age 14.

    If you want video coaching, I'd reccomend stuff from actual coaches and fighters like Bas Rutten and Freddie Roach himself. Maybe JT Van T / whatever he's called now, as at least he's actually boxed and proved it.

    There is no replacement for a gym, though. Film study of fighters is also better than this.
