Anyways, Rafa's up next, although I have a feeling I'm talking to my own slightly drunk self at this stage, I shall persevere. I'd do a RbR if I could but it's unfortunately not possible right now. I'll just drop in with random thoughts on what's transpiring though.

Whos Rafa fighting, he still fighting Nishioka later this year?

 

It could be worse..you could have been born in an age where you only listened to big fights on the radio and the idea of being able to view fights from yesteryear was only a dream..:thumbsup

 

Rafa's already cemented that he's abundantly better already, coming out gradually advancing on his toes and tossing out jabs. He throws, and lands, the occasional right hand too, the metgod in which he's doing so is impressive, cloaking it with a left uppercut right before he throws it. Ed's clearly out of his depth, he's getting stopped as soon as Rafa goes for it.

 

Rafa's in cruise control and still bossing Becarril(sp?) with ease. Just bouncing around in front of him really trying to find his sharpness. The body shots are already taking their toll a bit though.

 

Aye a workout for Rafa and I think he's happy to get the rounds in.

 

Rafa's blocking everything coming his way and beginning to paste Ed a bit, letting his full arsenal go. He's parrying jabs and straights and landing slashing hooks, left uppercuts, right hands and thudding body shots. Economical performance so far, just getting back into the swing of things.

 

Simultaneous left hooks thrown, down goes Eduardo.
