I was just gonna post before the knockdown that the simultaneous left hooks were beginning to kill the guy. Rafa's timing is far superior, and his feet are much better positioned when throwing it. He'll trade left hooks all day here quite happily.

Rafa's going to get him out of there in the next few rounds.

I know his opponent isnt up to a lot, but Marquez looks to have quite a bit left in the tank.

Rafa starts off the 5th standing off letting his man throw wild hooks, before dipping under and rattling off concise body blows. Nervous moment as complacency gets the better and he's caught with a left-right-left-right. He responds by firing off right hands, BIG double right hand has Ed sagging on the ropes, but he gets out, landing a good right uppercut. Rafa hurts him to the body with 5 seconds left in the round.

Well, in glad I've had the opportunity to focus all my energy on exploring the vaults of boxing history, it has been a lot of fun, little yearn to learn nowadays as well.

Fights over, as Becarrail(sp again?) fails to come out for the 6th round. Shame really, the 5th was his best, but he got hurt twice and was already taking a bit of a beating. Great to see Rafa back though, got careless twice and got caught with two, two-pucnh combo's. Other than that dealt with Ed with comsumate, classy ease, as is his staple.

Chipsticks?:blurp Salt and Vinegar flavour? I haven't had them in years!

Yeah undercard fights were not as expected. Mitchell fought a good fight and I wonder what Frank makes of it all...
