I do pushups every other day - I have tendinitis (46 years old). Pushups are great for punching power!!! Also, I notice that my jab has a lot more snap in it when I do pushups on a steady basis. Great exercise for boxing. Grebfan9 www.firstroundboxing.com
Yeah even though I dont exercise alot anymore I always do pushups when I get off work atleast 50 and it shows my upperbody is ripped.
