    I think they would help with power to a small degree and definitely assist fighters to carry power later into fights.

    Yeah that’s good. I was about the same, back when I was semi-professional athlete at university. But I could probably do 1,000 sit ups without stopping just purely because of the nature of the sport I competed in.

    From my personal experience, more likely to injure your shoulder using weights than doing body weights.

    I believe it’s only a bad idea to do so many reps of anything if you cannot keep yourself accountable with your form. I don’t think either is harmful if both are done correctly. Even walking too long and wrong can injure a man.
