push ups everyday

    Quick question and would appreciate input. Right now im doing pushups mon-wed-fri. Should I do push ups everyday ? I do bag work everyday, but do my squats,situps,pushups, mon-wed-fri

    I don't think it is a problem. I have been doing push ups everyday for almost 34 years now. I am a big push up and pull up believer. But as far as if YOU should do it, that is up to you. If you are using them as part of a full body workout, do them three times a week.

    Yeah, do 'em everyday is just fine. Better yet, don't change days, but start doing jumping pushups, pushups with your legs on an elevated surface, et cetera etc. Give yourself a good 24 hours before doing any if you end up doing a buttload of them, you can hurt your rotator cuff.

    push-ups wouldn't hurt at all :) Just make sure you change the type of pushups you're doing to get the best results :)

    Try doing this, whenever you have nothing to do, do some pushups. Something is ALWAYS better than nothing

    Anyone think 100 push ups is a good amount to do if your a fighter?

    I could get myslef to do more but I don't want to get too big and gain weight.
