What is the ideal amount that I should do in a day when I have a fight coming up?

Why does it matter?
It doesn't.
Everyone has there own limit and amount they feel comfortable doing. There is no set amount.
i usually finish my training off with push up circuits, going from 50 then 40 then 30.... and so on
