    1. Pac/ Mayweather
    last Mosley

Mosley at his peak was easily faster than the other 2 but not now, Pac may actually have the fastest hands right now, being that he is the younger of the 3, I wouldn't be surprised, but there is no way today's Mosley is faster than Pac.

Hard to say all are fast. I dont think Mayweather is the fastest but his timing is the best so it makes him look faster than what he is.

When the other 2 punch fast there isnt a lot of power behind it especially with mosley.

    Mosley more so pitty pats.

Manny shoots his with out cocking back so people get hit before they realize he was about to throw.

mayweather actually puts something behind his punches.

so if i were to say Fastest with full force it would be
    1.Mayweather
    2.Mosley
    3.Pac

Handspeed in general, would be a toss up between pac and mosley. But just remember timing plays a big part of this. Hope that makes sense.

    Couldn't have said it better.:good

Mosley was blazing fast in his younger days. **** even De la Hoya could be mentioned when he was at his best and we know now that Mosley's speed won him those fights, especially the first one.

By now Pac and Mayweather are very close. I'm leaning towards Pac, because I can't see Mayweather throwing those fast combinations the way does.

Mayweather is fast but what makes him look fast is his timing! I got Pac ahead of him in terms of handspeed.

Mayweather draws the fastest out of anyone here. emmanuel puts his punches in bunches so he looks faster than Floyd. Mayweather is the most agile one.

I think Pac and Mayweather are about par. Pac throws flurries, so he may appear faster. Mosley not too far behind.

As far as pure hand speed, Pacquiao is faster than both of them. As far as Mosley...he's 38 years old, people. Take off the rose tinted glasses.

I watched Mosley and Mayweathers last fights (against Margarito and Marquez respectively).

I have to say, I actually think Mosley looked faster than Mayweather. Amazing, especially considering the fact Mosley loops his punches and Floyd punches in a straight line.

That being said, Mayweather has slowed down since hes come to welter.

If Mosley still retains his speed I think people will be surprised at how close the speed disparity is between the two (which is close to nil imo).

    Combination handspeed
    -Manny
    -Shane
    -Floyd

    Single Shot handspeed
    -Floyd
    -Manny/Shane

Little or nothing separating Floyd and Manny.

    Shane a tad slower.

Why not ask the only boxer who's fought all 3?

Oscar De La Hoya fought many of the best fighters in the world during his 16-year professional career. In his blog this week, he lists the best he faced in 10 important categories.

Best fighter: Julio Cesar Chavez -- He had it all. He could box, he could punch, he had an iron chin. And he had guts. He had the whole package. He wasn’t 25 when he fought me but he was still an elite fighter.

Best boxer: Pernell Whitaker -- He was very elusive, very hard to hit. He was very slippery.

Best puncher: Arturo Gatti. -- This kid, may he rest in peace, didn’t catch me flush on the chin but his punches were so heavy, heavier than Ike Quartey’s. I don’t know what he had in his hands.

Quickest feet: Pernell Whitaker -- He was very elusive. He could spin you around and not exert much energy doing it. He did it with ease. It was so natural to him. Footwork starts everything.
