There are some subtle tricks in there for Mayweather fans to appreciate, like the use of a sticky left cross to tee Lemieux's head up for a follow-up hook, and the innocuous lead arm over the shoulder (glove around the back of the neck) to pull him onto punches when in close. Those with demographic preferences will call these moves "dirty", depending on who's doing it, but it's clever stuff.

 

The face is a meh. Face is very important.

 

Holding and hitting is illegal no matter how subtle or clever. If this happens occasionally as a result of exchanges, cool. But if it's used frequently as an offensive tactic, then it's not respectable.

 

Tricks of the trade. Some guys can be clean to a fault. Namby-pambying up the sport up won't make it any better, just more whiny and less robust in character.

Saunder's had said he'd jab Lemieux and later knock him out. But once in the ring he can't grow a pair and go for it even against a thoroughly discouraged and overwhelmed idiot opponent. The face attractiveness is subjective, the deprived masses prefer what they are taught to like -uniformed symmetry- as this the best breed of easily domesticated humans (symmetry in general reduces individuality), so with peasants conditioned to always prefer symmetry, they seek to breed with symmetric specimen, which increases overall symmetry. The peasants need to catch up to the other domesticated species that have much more better symmetry.

Symmetric breeds = Better predictability = Better predictable peasants/citizens, so obviously Symmetry is attractive for both owners & the peasants, everybody wins...
