Q: Does anybody buy the crap that Holy's heart was healed by Benny Hinn?

It's been rumored to be alot of things, from hepatitus (seems to be some evidence for this) to heart conditions consistent with HGH use (I think it's pretty well documented he has used it but not sure this matches the symptoms) but, it may have merely been the flu...

 

Holyfield was Mr. Steroid/HGH...But it's way more prevalent than we think and especially before testing became more standardized...Lennox has never been linked in any way but, he gained alot of muscle really fast in his late 20's or early 30's (very Barry Bonds like)...Vitali admits to taking anabolic steroids to help heal his injuries...The muscle doesn't just disappear because a user is in an off cycle...Vlad looks suspicious as do alot of HW's, at least in my opinion...

Roy Jones tested positive, as have James Toney and more recently Chavez Jr... The penalty is......really nothing other than potentially having a no-contest...

 

Benny Hinn is a fraud and is was proven as such. Hell, Benny Hinn is is the same class as Pat Robertson or Palin!

 

Anyone who believes it, will also believe him when he said God came to talk to him to tell him [wrongly] what round he would KO Lewis.

Uses the same attitude in competetive sports, so desperate to win he'd do anything - headbutt, roid etc and have outlandish health excuses in defeat. The fact that he's fighting now just shows what an obsessive personality he has...

 

No, don't believe it one bit and I think almost everyone would say the same.

There's been a fair bit of obfuscation about Holy-Moorer I. Holyfield originally claimed leg cramps and a shoulder injury before the heart thing popped up. Moorer even accused Holyfield of being a bad loser before their '97 rematch which Holyfield denied.

I've heard boxing scribes that should know better even suggest he was having heart problems or even a mild attack in the fight which is why he lost. The Holyfield easily throwing shots and winning the 11th round sure as hell didn't look like a man having a heart attack to me. Holyfield's mid-round fade figured in several fights.

So no. It was a misdiagnosis.

And no i dont buy the heart stuff, (screw benny hinn, hes satan in disguise), if he had any kind of serious problem i think it would have caught up to him again by 2010 :deal

 

Holyfields "health issues" have long been a crutch which his fans use to shift around Holys "prime" to prove that he's never lost a fight while "in his prime", with perhaps the exception of the first Bowe fight.

Holys prime surprisingly matches almost exactly his winning fights.
And his health problems also match up amazingly with his losses.


I have zero doubt that Holyfield was juiced to the eyeballs with roids, HGH, whatever.

I also believe he was far from an orphan in that regards.
