Q: Is Tommy Adamek a "Throwback" type of boxer who truly knows his craft?

If Grant applies the type of pressure on Adamek as Arreola did, and uses better technique such as, a sharp jab and straight right cross, with Grant's size and strength he could successfully impose his will on Adamek....... This is possible.....

Grant needs to get down to bidness right outta the bull-pen....... No lolly-gagging about the ring looking to counter and ****...... Grant needs to take charge and throw-down on Adamek.....

Haye ran like hell from Vitali and Wlad Klit......... As did Nick Valuev........ NOBODY really wants to fight and take the pain that the K-bros. dish out........ And Shannon Briggs will find that out too, but he wants the payday...... Briggs has been stopped before, so he is willing to get parked again......

Valuev never took even a remote chance in the ring until his 30 something pro-fight......... Aside from Montell Barrett in 2006, Valuev has never really faced a serious puncher, either....

We've been through this 100 times before...... My gripe against Nicky Valuev normally holds its ground on ESB..... Most posters with sense agree that N.V. is a fraud / hoax......... Valuev is a circus act......

Valuev's BEST foe's are: "Chagaev, Holy and Haye." And when you get down to it, Valuev LOST all three fights by decision....... The nod over Holy was political in 2008....... Holy easily landed many more shots than the timid and pawing Valuev did in Swissville.......

Montell Barrett had Valuev reeling all around the ring in round 1 back in 2006..... But due to Barrett's limited skills, Valuev was able to hang on and come back to TKO a tired as hell Barrett in the later rds of a sloppy fight......

Trust me, Nick Valuev ain't anything special as a fighter..... His legacy will never get past the border of Russia......

Neither "Haye or Valuev" have big balls...... Both guys have teams that cherry-pick the opponents to be victims..... Haye and Valuev feed on limited brawlers or aging old fart boxers with slipping skills..... This is what kills the credibility of the heavyweight division in 2010.......
