    Absolutely and without a doubt. He has an impressive list of scalps. He was sort of a prototype for Harold Johnson.

    Well Mr Futch certainly knew a lot more than most, so his rating Billy Conn over Charles must be realistic even if I don't personally agree.

    yeah, same with michael spinks. these guys are more known for their one round destructions at heavyweight than what great fighters they were at 175.

    If you include LHVY Weights who became Heavyweight Champions then the two best should be Charles and Tunney. I would not count them however.
