Toney. As a general rule, he beats guys who are there to be hit. He landed 400+ punches against Jirov so I can't understand the talk about his workrate.
if your smart with your workrate then it's different. watch toney's fight with tiberi it's clear that if you dont allow him to keep set then his counterpunching cant get off. the barkley figth was a guy swinging hoping to bull yand back his guy up and toney made him pay.
Qawi'sprime was at Lightheavyweight. and at that weight I favor him over Toney. At cruiser its more of a toss up for me,who ever outhustles the other gets it for me.
Jirov forced him to fight that way. Toney pulled it off but looked uncomfortable at times fighting like that. Qawi would give him just as much pressure plus he hit harder and was just better all around. I think it's a close fight but Qawi does just a little more.
Qawi would win this i have no doubt about it. Toney would get lazy hed get outworked and hed find out that Qawi was more of a badass than he is.
And that would be Qawi. No way does Toney outhustle Qawi. Toney would do well and win his share of rounds but he would eventually go into a shell and only fight in spurts. Not enough against Qawi who makes you fight, only Toneys slickness and toughness allows him to last the distance, and Toney wouldnt be able to hurt Qawi.
