**** off Ippy! Get back to log rolling or whatever you red faced twats do to entertain yourselves whenever theres not an origin series on.

As for the game, I thought the scoreline flattered us. After the first 15 minutes or so, Queensland always looked the more dominant team and should have won by 16 or more points. A lot of our trys were pretty flukey actually.

As for NSW...they were just outplayed. I'm dumbfounded as to why Gidley always gets picked at fullback. Hayne's 600 times the fullback he is, and he's also the worst captain we've ever had. Kimmorley was non existent also. Though theres not really any other option at halfback. Who knows what will happen in game 2. If history is anything to go by, it'll be a completely revamped side that will again lose comfortably.

Congrats on the win ya rum spitting lumberjacks!

It'll free up the Blues for their Mardi gras float preparations when we win the next game too.
BTW, the Blues last try was a knock on but I got the feeling the video umpires felt sorry for them and let it through :yep

Kurt at fullback is ****ing stupid, i dont get it. Hayne is the best fullback NSW has....USE HIM....

Kimmorley, Great Defender but he does NOTHING in attack, When Pearce is healed up i say throw him in at Number 7, Maybe even Bring Todd Carney in for the combination :D

2 Biggest Issues are our 1 and 7, Both can be fixed in game two, Put hayne at Fullback, Put Gidley on the bench,Bring Pearce in (i know im a rooster fan and all, But Pearce has a big Future in origin)

Gallen has to play end of story ! ...... why aint he in ?

Carney and Campese could be the answer (it worked for the Raiders) and Lyon must play ctrs alongside Idris with hayne at FB ....

Gidley must have connections, Cos i cant see why his so over hyped, and is captain...AND takes the fullback possistion away from our best fullback...Something has to give, Gidley is so overrated ,i dont get it

The thing that is hard to cop is the fact that NSW don't seem to be near Origin level - save for last years game 3, they were blitzed early in the games and only struggle to stay in touch.

Same again last night. They weren't blown away early but they were not at origin level - a club side doesn't make those mistakes. They play without any direction.

Qld are just in a groove and it's all second nature - intense and clinical. NSW are not on the same page in those departments.

Queensland just too good.part time coach versus a coach who has taken his side to the last 4 GF's.and they still won
lets face it they just have better players.NSW need to pick a side for the future and stick with it.Thurston,Slater,Inglis they seem to have a knack as they just click.2 of our tries were off kicks and errors 1 was dubious and 1 was n the final minute when the game was won.pick young side for the future and stick with it.QLD will probably win the next 3 origins at least.hope im wrong.

:lol:thats exactly what the N.S.W selectors will do.besides Kimmorley whos old they should stick with the same team.maybe work on Haynes defensive game on the wing.he was playing out of position but so was Boyd.
