my are always just a bit sore throughout the week. I go boxing mon weds fri sun and sprint up a steep hill every sat. Will I burn myself out eventually if I keep going or is this fine. I've never been sore everyday of the week before till starting uphill sprints. even then its a small soreness nothing to serious but that means I'm never at my best during the day I do sprints or go boxing.

so bassically after sprinting i box for sunday and minday , tues is break, legs feel almost completely healed weds then I box and it gets a bit sore the next day then so on repeat.

I'm not a S&C expert but your body should adapt since you mentioned it started since uphill sprints.

It just means your legs were working harder than it usually does, but the soreness will disappear unless you work your legs even harder (e.g. skipping once you get up the hill).

    This.

If you've been doing it for months and it's still bad then cut back a bit.
