    Hi all
Wonder if some of the regulars could give me a bit of info.
To cut a very very long story short iv had an offer to go and work for a guy and eventually take one of his circuit training classes. Hes making it sound dead easy and maybe it is. But my gut feeling is its alot more involved and you would need some qualifications and also i imagine insurance too??
Thanks for any help. Iv pretty much decided its what i want to do with my life i just didnt expect an opportunity to come along like this so quickly!

you would need public liability insurance and you ppl licence if you was to play music..

Circuit classes are easy and you can get the qualification for roughly £200 and it's just one day course.

all they'll teach you it to have

1 upper body exercise, 1 lower, 1 abs and 1 cardio(ie shuttle runs, burpees etc)... The station are in sets of 4 to accommodate this, so u can have 12 stations with 3 each. Always go clockwise...

    That easy!!
