    You can get it on the Internet on Iphone Ipod Imac Ipad anything with an App Store its there! Its free and well worth the read, Has videos and pictures and detailed information.

    I have not watched his app but I find it funny the guy he have come up with a boxing instructional. I went and watched a couple of his fights and he was a balls and all wild man! LOL
