I'd narrowly favor a Quartey decision as he was quite durable. The question mark is how he goes being the smaller guy against a big puncher.

The Beast was like Razor Ruddock a destroyer who took on a fierce adversary and challenge and was never the same . How different would there career's been if they took the easy route like many fighters do today.

He was always open to punches before and after Hagler. This thing that he was ruined by Hagler?

I'd take Mugabi's wins over "Hard Rock" Green, C.Parker ( Mugabi destroyed him in 1 rd, Parkers very next fight he took up and comer A.Ramos 10 tough rds) Gato Gonzalez, E. Hargrove, W.Johnson, over anyone Quartey defeated, no none are household names or World beaters, but everyone of them came to fight. Mugabi not only beat them he was stopping them early with the exception of Green, but the Green fight proved Mugabi carried his power to the later rds.

    Mugabi, a little more power.
