    Actually, there might be hope.

Maybe someone will wake up before it's too late.

Thanks for that text, but, it will be stupid that february 27th with the ''right'' rules of the comission..No elbow on the ground, ect ect..It will be hard for these athlete who are training that goddamn way for years, than need to make the change in about 2 weeks.
    Its a joke.

Why bother if they're demanding these rules ? Why not organise a greco-roman competition or an adcc competition instead ? This is ridiculous.

My guess is that heads will clear and everything will be alright. Everything will go on as planed and they will officialy change the rules in a few weeks.

UFC will never accept to fight with those rules, and the commission WONT back down , i'm sure of it.
Bet on it that UFC 97 will not be in Montreal. I hope i'm wrong, but that's not the first times, mma fan are complaining about that commission, and nothing change. Maybe if Dana White is really pissed off, and throw the case in court , that could maybe change something..

    Oh, maybe im too negative.
On a radio show here, CKAC, Jacques Therriault(I thought he was no more in the commission) said that now, they are more open minded and that will be a reunion between them and the UFC.

Thériault is the radio show host. Latraverse is the former commissioner.

The UFC would never have an event under those rules. What I mean is that things will go back to what they were for the last 15 years. They will close their eyes on this "rule breaking" and will change officialy the rules in a few weeks.

Cancel it. These rules can spoil a fighters career. They shouldn't be made to adapt to these rules.
