    Is this on CBS and Not PPV?

    If so does this mean he will still have 1 contracted PPV fight with SHO?

    Are they just bringing Berto in so they can afford Floyd on regular TV and pay Berto peanuts?

    Good point, Yea it's on CBS. the HBO fight may be later next year with a Pac rematch.

    It's on CBS. And the fight fulfills his contractual obligations to SHO. CBS owns SHO.

    I guess that would make him a free agent and really put him in the driver seat as far as getting the best network deal for number 50, that bidding war will be costly
