PacMan is one of the greatest of all time, and there's solid justification for referring to the likes of Kostya, Hatton & Zab as champions. Judah was a huge scalp for Kostya at the time and he's still winning titles 10 years later.

Kostya was the first fighter in the division to unify the titles in decades - how can you overrate someone with those credentials?

 

Wasn't the Philips bout also at the time when Kostya had the fallout with Bill Mordey and was attending court hearings involving a multi-million dollar settlement to Mordey?
