Mr small or somebody that knows.Again sorry 4 my english..I WAS SICK AND I LOOSE 10 KILOS.now i am 74 and with not so good condition.I do days shadowboxing and punching bag with 1 day sparring.i start to eat normal again and my trainer says that i have to stay 78 kilos.My question is that can i take back 4-5 kilos without do weight training?I do every workout on the bag or after sparring some abdominals ,pushupa,pull ups,squat jumps,1 leg swuat. etc.And i thing its heavy for me know to do extra days for weight lifting.TXANKS!
You've lost weight because you were sick. If you return to your normal diet and train the way you were before you were sick, your weight will return to normal. If you want to get back up to 78 quickly, supplement your regular diet with some extra calories (milk or eggs or something) for a while until you get you weight back, then return you diet to normal.
