Question about Pacquiao agreeing to PED testing for Mayweather fight.

According to Arum, they did. He said they agreed to keep things out of the media. Plus, if there were no negotiations, that just makes it more clear that there were no demands met. The terms from Floyd the second time around were different than the first time around. This is all supposed as well. Especially considering that Floyd and Ellerbe said they never even heard anything from Arum's side.

 

The only part you got right was the mayweather fan part.

And yet everyone but Floyd and his "man friend" Ellerbe admitted the negotiations were going on. Arum, HBO, DLH, Shaeffer... What, you don't think Floyd would say some bull**** to save face?

Golden Boy wasn't part of the negotiations for the second run. Both sides hold completely different stories. Both sides seem to be keeping something from the public. What really gets me though, is the way Arum took the second set of negotiations falling apart. He just dealt with it like he had planned for it to go that way.

 

Haymon was and reports where that Haymon knew about full OSTs. Shaffer was an outsider but abreast of the situation also confirmed it.

Im a fan of pac but i say it like it is. the nly differene is you lot either insult floyd fans first or tke it to heart when something is said about him and backlash follows.

 

I'm fairly certain I've been following this as close as anyone. I also listened to Arum's press conference announcing that there would be no fight. Nowhere have I read, or heard anyone officially state that Pacquiao has agreed to random testing up to the day of the fight. What I have read is many members of the press quoting Bob Arum.

Arum stated that night that Pacquiao has agreed to Mayweather's demands and when asked to clarify if that was random testing up to the fight he skirted the question, simply repeating: Pacquiao has agreed to Mayweather's demands. From the Mayweather's side of things they've stated that Pacquiao had only agreed to the original 14 day cutoff which was now off the table.

I'm not saying you're wrong, I'm just saying that I haven't read or heard that from any substantiated source. If you have a link I'd love to see it, any light on the subject would be appreciated.

Why didnt freddie and manny say that they had agreed to full OSDT before they signed to fight margo?

Freddie has become very confident over the last year or so, why didnt he open his mouth and say floyd is running we accepted his demands we are ready to fight etc.

 

GBP acknowledged they were taking place. Ross Greenburg of HBO admitted he was talking with Haymon. The only ones who say they knew nothing were Floyd and Ellerbe. And most likely to save face.

 

First of all, why is this such a big issue to you? Second, they admitted to the tests when they were TRYING to get floyd to sign. atsch
