Google it .. Here is the title of the article :
Arum: Mayweather Must Beat Legal Issues To Get Pacquiao

Here is a line from the article - written by Michael Marley boxxingscene.com

Both Pacquiao and Shaefer have told me to my face that the drug testing hurdle was removed when the Pinoy Idol agreed to fully random testing procedures and dropped his 14 day cutoff stipulation.

"That's true the issue has been solved but you've got to understand that, on their side,
    This content is protected
because they kept Shaefer out of it."- Explains why Shaefer was not completely committed to his response but was quite certain.

    Here is another one:

    http://www.mayweather-pacquiao.com/...ather-in-a-corner-now-to-get-him-in-the-ring/

    Excerpt -

Richard Schaefer, chief executive of Mayweather's Golden Boy promoters, says: 'I have no doubt that Manny is sincere when he says he will accept testing up to the day of the fight.'

Why did arum say this after floyds altercation with the law and not before?

arum knows what to say and when to say it.

    just like his famous line.

today i was telling the truth but yesterday is a lie.

There were articles written way before Mayweather's altercation with Hqarris.

You just have a selective attention to what fits your scenario.

And he didn't deny it either. If Pacquiao was bluffing, all he had to do is call his bluff and say OK I'm gonna fight you now, but instead he said "We don't have te urged tah fight Pachaio. I hafta fend mah urged first." :deal

You do know that in REAL OSDT boxers CAN be tested after the fight right? Floyd's demand isn't OSDT it's just a random blood test. And yes Manny did say yes to the no cut off date and Floyd lost his urge and fought his ex winning a close decision. :deal
